From the Homeowner Regarding the Neighborhood:
"This neighborhood is safe and private.  Our house sits on a cul-de-sac and we rarely see any mystery cars or solicitors.  The neighbors are friendly and everyone takes great care of their property, which is important to any homeowner.  We especially love the annual 4th of July potluck, and Halloween parade each year.  One of our favorite times of the year is during the NC State Fair where neighbors tend to congregate outdoors to watch the nightly fireworks over the tree line--it's the perfect view!  We appreciate our neighborhood email listserv that keeps us up to date on events or new construction that affects our area, and it's also a great way to share maintenance recommendations and info."
